Original Images

I decided to use this image on my double page spread as Massi's looking straight into the camera. He looks as if he's got attitude as his arms are spread to the side. He's wearing the type of clothing a Hiphop/Rap artist would eg his snap back hat. His clothing also provides the colours that make up my magazine house style.  

I used this image on my front cover as Massi's looking straight into the camera, its a clear shot and the frame is suitable for my front cover, Massi's the focus. The clothing he's wearing also match up with the colours I have used to create the house style of my magazine. The props Massi is using eg the cold chain, sunglasses and snap back hat all have connotations of the artists who produce music for the genre Hiphop/Rap.

I used this Image to put in the corner of my contents page as it fits perfectly into this space. Again Massi is wearing the three props that connote Hiphop/Rap music. Which will make the genre of my magazine more recognizable.

Before I took my images of my Hiphop/Rap artist for my music magazine I tested the studio lighting by taking photographs of poeple in my class.
